Happy Tuesday Friends. So excited that not only is today Cinco De Mayo but also Taco Tuesday. If there is one day that I get super excited about it’s Cinco De Mayo. The food, the drinks, I mean what’s not to love. Mexican food is literally my favorite food to eat. It can be authentic or Tex-Mex, you give me a good plate of Mexican food and a margarita and we are best friends, even my favorite place to travel to is Mexico!

This year we are celebrating Cinco De Mayo a little differently given COVID-19 we will be more isolated. Instead of going out to our favorite restaurant and grabbing Margs. We will be making some delicious shrimp tacos for dinner tonight at home. My favorite recipes are here and here. And after making a fun dinner, I will change into something a little more festive.
